Paolo Nutini Fan Club FAQs
Paolo Nutini will be performing an intimate gig exclusively for GOLD members of the Paolo Nutini Fan Club. Tickets are extremely limited, and only available for GOLD members of the fan club.

You can buy tickets for the exclusive gig at the official Paolo Nutini webstore here. You can buy a ticket for yourself, for yourself and a friend, or a single ticket for a friend if you’re already attending.

GOLD members can purchase one additional ticket for the exclusive gig. Both the GOLD member’s name and guest attendee’s name must be stated at point of purchase. Unfortunately neither the GOLD member nor guest attendee’s name can be changed once tickets have been purchased.

All guests must be accompanied by a GOLD member of the fan club to attend the gig. GOLD members will be unable to purchase guest tickets unless they have already purchased a ticket for the Scala gig first.

You will need to bring your purchase confirmation email and photo I.D. such as a passport or driving licence with you. A guest attendee will also need to bring photo I.D.

Only the member name stated on the purchase confirmation email can attend the Scala gig. No refunds, exchanges or substitutions can be made after purchase.

If you have purchased GOLD membership, you can buy tickets to the exclusive Scala gig immediately. You do not require the GOLD membership card number - this will only enable access to the GOLD tab of the fan club area (GOLD tab to launch FEB 2010). You will need to log in before purchasing tickets.

There are two membership options:
i) I registered with the Standard (free) Paolo Nutini Fan Club membership (option 1)
You get access to the Fan Club area of the website straight away from when you registered at PAOLONUTINI.COM. During the registration process you will have either setup your Paolo Nutini Fan Club login email address and password, or confirmed to use your existing PAOLONUTINI.COM forum login email and password (if you have already registered for the PAOLONUTINI.COM forum before registering for the Paolo Nutini Fan Club membership. You can therefore log into the Paolo Nutini Fan Club and PAOLONUTINI.COM forum with this login email address and password.
How to login:
Once you have registered your Paolo Nutini Fan Club membership you can login by navigating to the Paolo Nutini Fan Club area at http://paolonutini.com/user-area or the forum at http://paolonutini.com/forum/ and entering the login email address and password you setup on your Paolo Nutini Fan Club account when you purchased.
ii) I purchased Gold Paolo Nutini Fan Club membership (option 2)
You get access to the Fan Club area of the website straight away from when you purchased Gold membership at PAOLONUTINI.COM. During the purchase process you will have either setup your Paolo Nutini Fan Club login email address and password, or confirmed to use your existing PAOLONUTINI.COM forum login email and password (if you have already registered for the PAOLONUTINI.COM forum before purchasing the Gold Paolo Nutini Fan Club membership. You can therefore log into the Paolo Nutini Fan Club and PAOLONUTINI.COM forum with this login email address and password.
You will be sent your Gold Card with your membership number on it from release on February 22nd 2010. You will need your number to enter the Gold area of the Fan Club. Simply enter your number on the Gold area page and proceed. Your Gold Card membership number entitles you to the 10% discount in the webstore. Your discount will only apply once you have entered your membership number in the Gold area of the Fan Club.
Subscription:
If you purchased Gold Paolo Nutini Fan Club membership on PAOLONUTINI.COM before February 22nd 2010, your Gold Paolo Nutini Fan Club subscription will only begin once you have received your Gold Card and entered the membership number. You will not receive your Gold Card before February 2010. Your subscription will only begin once you have entered your Gold Card membership number in the Gold area of the Fan Club. Your subscription will last for 1 year from when you entered your membership number for the first time.
How to login:
Once you have purchased your Gold Paolo Nutini Fan Club membership you can login by navigating to the Paolo Nutini Fan Club area at http://paolonutini.com/user-area or the forum at http://paolonutini.com/forum/ and entering the login email address and password you setup on your Paolo Nutini Fan Club account when you purchased.

A Gold Paolo Nutini Fan Club subscription will begin from the point of the Gold Card membership number being entered on the Gold area of the Fan Club. The subscription will last for 1 year from this point. Gold Cards will not be delivered before February 2010 and therefore subscriptions will not begin before February 2010.
An initial subscription will last 1 calendar year from day of activation.

Your subscription will give you access to the Paolo Nutini Fan Club members area and Paolo Nutini Fan Club forum area. It will also give you access to the Gold area of the Fan Club and Gold area of the Forum for 1 year from the point of entering your Gold Card membership number on the Gold area of the Fan Club. You will receive a ‘Live in New Orleans’ DVD and Paolo Nutini Gold Card. These will be delivered from February 22nd 2010. You will also have access to ticket pre-sales for selected UK concerts.

Once registered, you can access the Paolo Nutini Fan Club members area immediately. Just use the email address and password you registered with at the start of the registration process. Please note that to access the Gold area of the Forum, you will need the username and password you registered with. Once you have entered your Gold Card membership number in the Gold area of the Fan Club, you will not need the Paolo Nutini Fan Club card membership number to access the members area nor the Gold are of the Forum.

Once you have received your Gold card, and entered the membership number in the Gold area of the Fan Club, just use the username and password you registered with at the start of the registration process. Please note that to access the Paolo Nutini Fan Club members area, you will need the email address and password you registered with. You do not need the Paolo Nutini Fan Club card membership number to access the members area nor the Gold area of the Forum.

The membership card will delivered with the complete membership package from February 22nd 2010. After February 22nd 2010, please expect delivery after 3-5 working days.

Once you have received your Paolo Nutini Gold Card, you will need to go the Gold area of the Fan Club. You will then need to enter your membership number. This will then complete your registration. You will then be able to enter the Gold area of the Fan Club, Gold area of the Forum, and receive your 10% discount in the webstore.

Once you have activated your Paolo Nutini Gold Card, you can simply enter your Paolo Nutini Gold Card membership number at the checkout to receive your 10% discount. You will need to enter your membership number every time you purchase from the PAOLONUTINI.COM store. 10% discount is only available to Gold Paolo Nutini Fan Club members.

You can unsubscribe from Paolo Nutini Fan Club emails at any time. Please note however: all member benefits, such as ticket pre-sales and alerts to exclusive content, are communicated via email. You will therefore need to regularly check the Paolo Nutini Fan Club members area to access any benefits. We hold no responsibility for any time-restricted member benefits which are missed due to email subscription being voluntarily suspended.

Both Firefox and Internet explorer allow the user to override stylesheets and choose their own colours for web pages.
a) In Firefox: Click tools > options > content. Under "fonts and colours" click colours and choose the best colour combination for your use (yellow on black is used a lot, or in this case you can change to black on white). Make sure you uncheck "allow pages to choose their own colours". This will override any styles on any websites.
b) In Internet Explorer 7: click tools > internet options > general and click the "accessibility" button. Check the "ignore colours specified on websites" button. This will default to black text on a white background (with blue links) although you can click the "colours" button on internet options and choose the colours you want to use.
