Luck is no normally on my side, but it was this morning! Cannot wait....last year I saw Paolo in Glasgow and France....but so excited to see his Welsh performance and love the reason behind this gig!
No dice. I was on Ticketmaster when the countdown timer hit zero. The option to purchase tickets then automatically appeared. I clicked to purchase 2 tickets, and chose Unreserved Seating. They were in my hands. But when I submitted my billing information, it spat back that my credit card information was invalid. I double-checked and all my billing info was correct. I retyped my credit card security code in case perhaps my fingers had slipped while typing it the first time - for privacy protection, only dots appear on the screen when typing it - and resubmitted my request.icketmaster still spat back that my credit card info was invalid.The tickets were still being held for me, and I tried one more time. Ticketmaster then spat back that I had exceeded the number of attempts using that card, and released my tickets. :(I tried to purchase tickets again, with the plan to use my debit card this time since I still have no idea what was "wrong" with my credit card...but all tickets were sold out. It was 4:07 am my time (I live in the U.S. in Atlanta).I tried repeatedly to purchase tickets again in case a few were suddenly released by others due to a similar problem, but...no luck. Even though I can't go to the concert, I will see if I can still donate money to Bevlee Jones' family, just as it would have been if I had been able to go to Paolo's concert. I hope you were all able to get tickets, and have fun! :)
SUEEGAN123 - Once the clock countdown on Ticketmaster hit zero seconds, did you have to refresh your screen in order to make the tab appear that allowed you to purchase tickets, or did the tab to purchase tickets just spontaneously appear once the clock countdown ended?
I am so lucky... Sat watching the countdown on ticketmaster and pressed buy 2 unreserved standing as soon as possibly could and got them. So so so lucky... Can't wait to be there. I wish everyone luck tomorrow morning and hope to see all you genuine fans there. Xxx
OMG I'm gutted :( I've been sat watching the timer count down and still ended up missing out. So frustrating, I really hope I'm more successful tomorrow.
The ticket master site won't allow access to the pre-sale.I've not been sent a code or a link.ticket master cant book it over the phone (said that its online only and I should have been sent a code from the fan club)How can I book pre-sale tickets?Frustrating!!
just spoke to newport centre an they said presale sold out only 100 tickets were available
Tried at exactly 0 seconds left, and couldn't access tickets on ticketmaster.co.uk. Still cannot. A box that appears says:"Tickets are currently not available online for one of the following reasons:Please check back for availability.Tickets may not be on sale yetTickets may not be available at this time. More tickets may become available laterTickets may not be available online just hours before an event occursOn rare occasions, tickets may only be available at Ticket Centres or the box office."Can anyone comment as to if/how they were able to purchase tickets?
