We aim to dispatch all items from the warehouse within 1 business day (Mon-Fri).

Once dispatched, below is an approximate guide to shipping times:

How do I change my Members/Forum Username or Email Address?

You cannot currently change these directly from within the Members Area / Forum. Please contact Customer Services on the Contact Us link below this answer and they will arrange for your username and/or email address to be changed.

Please include details of
i) The username and email address that is currently registered (so they can find your account)
ii) The username and/or email address you would like it changed to

NB. Please check that the username you would like hasn't already been taken by
- Clicking 'Members' at the top right forum navigation menu
- Using the Search Options box at the bottom of the Members List page

Email Mailing List
Please note changing your email address in the members does not effect your mailing list registration. You will need to sign up to the mailing list again with your new email address.
