Paolo Celebrates Scotland's Burns Night

A toast to all the laddies and lassies out there - tonight is Burns Night in Scotland. An occasion to remember the great poet's life, not to mention enjoy the company of good friends at a traditional Burns Supper.

Paolo will be joining friends to celebrate the evening with some haggis and a drop of whiskey!

Click here to enjoy a little Burns night-themed entertainment from the archive, Paolo's cover of Robert Burn's 'A Man's A Man For A' That' from a few years back.

To FAIRY55. Thank you for your encouraging words. I am ready to be patient and waiting for Paolo's new songs which I believe will be brilliant. But it's still the time to upgrade this site to make it more flexible and convenient for users and more informative, of course! It is just very disappointing to see how those persons like Ed Sheeran bypass Paolo by popularity only because they uses new opportunities of the internet

Wow have not had a look on here for a while, just wanted to check out if there is any news and to say hello, hola, shalom, bon dia etc to find out if anything is happening, maybe some gigs that may be up and coming, and was surprized to read so much angst among the fans. Chill your wellies I am a massive fan of Paolo's he is one of the most talented singer songwriters and a joy to watch live.I will dip in and out to see if there is any news, be patient and keep smiling, when whatever comes it will be pure genius and worth the wait, of this I have no doubt. x

I've read that Paolo criticized those artists who spread an information about every their move in internet. I think it characterizes him as a real live artist who doesn't not care too much about growth of his popularity through internet, preferring to contact with his fans live at his concerts .
Look at Ed Sheeran who operatively uses every opportunity of internet for rising his popularity. And he succeeds. In his youtube profile he even uses an application for voting for him at Brit Awards 2012. Just imagine how many clicks he will have from youtube users! Nobody of other nominees does not do this. So I think it is not honest.
I don't like Ed and I don't want Paolo to be like him, but the times are changing and Paolo's site really needs to be upgraded for being more mobile and informative

Ditto to Seegrim's and Kimpy's comments. I hope Paolo's team isn't paying the web developers to maintain this site. Maybe they are just friends and have developed the site as a favour but have lost interest now.
I think it's time to employ some professionals to upgrade and maintain this site - it had such potential a couple of years ago when it was first put up. I know a great web designer/developer if you need one Paolo. Really looking forward to the new album - can't wait to hear what style you and the vipers have come up with this time. It's been such a long wait but I'm sure it will be more than worth it.

As much as I don't want to contribute to any negativity, I have to say that I agree with a large part of Kimpy said. I run a fan site that with a friend that has more up-to-date information than this, simply by following google alerts.

We obviously think Paolo's amazing - which is what keeps bringing us back here. It's just a wee bit disappointing to fans who love the music so much and are anxious for any new news to see what's offered.

Paolo is an amazing young talent...creative and fresh...but this website is older than Robert Burns! With all due respect...his site is a shameful letdown for his fans...very few updates...older than dirt videos... brief mentions of what Paolo is up to with frustratingly few actual details. It also shows an all too obvious callous disregard toward Paolo's bread and butter....it creates the feeling{and I'm sure Paolo would not want us to feel this way}...as if he doesn't really need to give anything back to his fans...except a few old crumbs between performances! Shame on you PAOLONUTINI.COM....Jus Sayin'.
