The devastating floods in western Pakistan have claimed over 1,600 lives and made millions more homeless.

There is now a serious risk to survivors from potentially deadly diseases, including cholera, which can spread via contaminated surface and drinking water.

The Disasters Emergency Committee (DEC) have raised £24m so far, but more is needed to save lives.

Paolo has given his full backing to the disaster relief campaign and is urging his fans to donate here.

This Tuesday, Paolo took Jo Whiley and the whole Radio 2 crew back to his old haunts for a very special gig at the Town Hall in Paisley.

It was the first time Paolo had played his hometown since starting out on the road to his success - and needless to say it was quite the homecoming!

Great news for Paolo's fans in the Netherlands - Paolo has just this minute confirmed a show in Amsterdam.

Paolo will hit one of his favourite cities at the end of the month, to play The Melkweg on Monday 30th August.

It was T in the Park this weekend - and Paolo couldn't miss the chance to play a set to one of his most beloved crowds.

Paolo and the band jetted in on Saturday to bring some much needed sunshine to the festival's proceedings.
